We teach the Absolute Series which is a set sequence of 52 postures in a flow. It is a 90 minute class practiced in a hot room which allows the muscles to stretch deeper and detoxifies the body through sweating.
It is important that you come well hydrated and not eat too much before class. The heart rate increases through the heat which makes the body work harder. Initially, it can feel quite an intense work out and feels amazing afterwards.
